How to apply False Eyelashes

1 > First thing you have to do is to confirm the length of the false eyelashes. In most of the times fake eyelashes will have to be trimmed with sharp scissors because they are too long. If they are wider than your eye you have to pick a side of the false eyelashes and trim lash by lash till you get the perfect size.

2 > Now that you have your false eyelashes with the perfect size it’s time to make them stick. Very carefully hold the lashes in one hand and apply a thin line of glue to the base of the strip. If you want you can squeeze the eyelash glue to the back of the other hand and pass the base of the eyelash over it. Never put the fake eyelash glue directly on your own eyelid.

3 > Put yourself in front of a mirror. While looking in the mirror apply the false eyelashes above your eyelashes with your fingers or with tweezers as close to your lash line as possible. Press and hold it from end to end for 30 to 60 seconds until the glue dries.

4 > Now it’s time to finish your look. When the glue is completely dry use an eyelash curler and softly curl you fake eyelashes along with your natural lashes. After using the eyelash curler you can use eye shadow as liner to merge the fake eye lashes and then finish applying mascara.

There is no point in buying the best fake eyelashes in the market if you don’t know how to apply false eyelashes. Now you know how to apply fake eyelashes the proper way but remember practice makes perfection.

>If you want to use the same false eyelashes more than once, store them in the original package, this way they will conserve their shape.
>Clean them very well following the manufacturer’s instructions if you want to use them again. Remove all the glue from the false eyelashes and let them dry totally.
>Remember you can apply fake eyelashes in the bottom of your eyes if you want to give an even more dramatic look.
